Take 138 south. At Mitchell's Lane (on the Portsmouth/Middletown line) TURN LEFT. We are 1.8 miles on the right.
From SOUTH & WEST:
From 138 NORTH to Newport/Pell Bridge, follow FALL RIVER - CAPE COD Exit. At light (across from Newport Grand) TURN LEFT. Travel approx. 3 miles. (Do not take any turns - road changes name to Green End Ave). At Third Beach Road TURN LEFT, take NEXT LEFT onto Mitchell's Lane. We are on the left.
From DOWNTOWN NEWPORT:
Take Memorial Blvd past First Beach. Travel STRAIGHT THROUGH LIGHT towards 2nd Beach. As you reach the base of the hill at 2nd Beach, BEAR LEFT onto Paradise Ave. At stop sign TURN RIGHT onto Green End Ave. At next stop sign, TURN LEFT onto Third Beach Road. BEAR LEFT onto Mitchell's Lane. We are on the left.
From NEWPORT PELL BRIDGE:
Exit Fall River/Cape Cod. TURN LEFT at light (across from Newport Grand). Travel 3.5 miles, TURN LEFT onto Third Beach Rd, THEN LEFT onto Mitchell's Lane. We are on the left.
