Diner Night: Homestyle meatloaf, garlic mashies, seasonal veg, mini cheesecake.

(When rains came on Wednesday,
the band moved into the Café and we had
Bluegrass in the Greenhouse.)

July 14, 2009: Los Sugar Kings —
Latin Fusion
Build Your Own Fajitas: Chicken or beef, assorted fixin's, rice & beans, fresh Mexicorn, flan.
(A beautiful evening, summer at its best.)

Farm Fresh Fish: Farmed fish sampler, blackened catfish with remoulade & coconut jerk, tilapia with Myers’s Rum-coffee-cream, carnival vegetable quinoa, key lime tarts.

All American BBQ: House smoked beef brisket, cole slaw, BBQ baked beans, trifle.

from both sides of the pond, including Irish sea chanteys
Wide World of Food: Pozole (Native American), chicken curry with condiments,
zucchini spaghetti, crème brûlée.
(Kids did the whirl-a-jig, while one colleen
did a step dance sitting down.)

Italian Night: Chef Scott’s house made Italian sausage, pasta with meatballs,
herb vegetables, garlic bread, cupcake.
(Red sky at sunset,
moon rising behind the trees,
by Jupiter, a perfect finish
to our musical picnics.)
