evenings Our 2011 season offered music and menus from July 5 through August 30. Thanks for making it a wonderful season — we’ll plan to do it again next summer!
Bring your blankets or chairs to enjoy
these free concerts on the lawn (in case of rain we’ll move indoors to our Event Barn).
Chef Scott will be planning theme menus for purchase at each event. Quantities will be limited, so call early to reserve yours! 401-847-3912
Sweet Berry Farm Sunset Concert
July 5, 2011: Big Jump Band — R&B, Neo-Soul 6:00–8:00pm Pepsi
No Coke: Iceberg green salad, choice of two sliders & cheese OR
two hot dogs & fixin's, potato salad, corn on the cob, chocolate
chip chipwich. (When we were together, everything was so grand.) July 12, 2011: Los Sugar Kings — Latin Fusion 6:00–8:00pm Southern
Soul: Fresh corn & pork belly salad, fried chicken breast over
mashed potato waffle with country gravy, braised greens, fresh fruit
cobbler. (They mixed, they mashed! Call The Police!) July 19, 2011: A Bluegrass Invitation Band — Classic Bluegrass & more 6:00–8:00pm Night
Out in Knightsville: Snail salad; one each meatball, sausage, chicken
Parmesan; penne with our own marinara sauce; garlic bread; tiramisu. (Oh they were pluckin’ good.) July 26, 2011: The Elderly Brothers — Music from the 50s & 60s 6:00–8:00pm Fairground Midway Favorites: Cincinnati chili mac, sausage & pepper sandwich, gyro with all the fixin's in a pita pocket. (The rains came in and so did they — to the Barn to play, hey hey hey.) August 2, 2011: Abbey Rhode — Beatles Tribute Band 6:00–8:00pm Moonlight
over the Mediterranean: Pita chips with hummus & spinach dip,
grilled turkey breast, Moroccan tabbouleh. (Clouds on high, we saw the sun going down.)

Comfortable (stay cool tonight & let us light up our ovens so you
don’t have to): Chicken noodle soup, meat loaf, shepherd’s pie, green
bean casserole, key lime tart. (We smiled all the while, then they played in the Barn.) August 16, 2011: Wellstrung — Acoustic/Folk Rock/Psychedelic 5:30–7:30pm Breakfast All Day: Fresh fruit cup, sausage & ham frittata OR vegetable frittata, French toast, white & sweet potato hash, doughnut, coffee cabinet. (Here comes the sun, they sang, and then it came.)
August 23, 2011: The Lois Vaughan Quartet — Classic Jazz and Latin 5:30–7:30pm New
England Coast Dinner: New England clam chowder, clam cakes, baked
scrod, stuffed tomatoes, fresh-roasted potatoes, peaches & cream
pound cake. (A fantabulous night, they called it, and wasn’t it just!) August 30, 2011: Big Cat Blues 5:30–7:30pm Almost Autumn: Edamame & black bean salad, roast pork with apples, brown rice pilaf, end-of-summer slaw, apple crisp. (What a session! It’s a wrap!)
